At the Stage Door we offer FREE shipping on all orders over £5.00 ( mainland UK only )

FREE shipping is sent via Royal Mail on a 3-5 day service. If you require your order faster then please see our rates below.

Delivery Prices: Delivery via courier start from £3.50 the maximum you will pay is £6.99, depending on the item or items that you purchase.

Next Day Delivery? If you wish to receive next day delivery you must place your order before 3.00pm. Please telephone us 0161 480 3022 charges are from £6.99 to £12.99 depending on what day and time you require.

An extra £2.00 is chargeable if you order on a Friday and wish to receive next day Saturday Delivery

For deliveries to Scottish Highlands the service used will be Parcelforce and there will be a charge of £6.95.

(Postcodes; KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE)
Deliveries to Northern Ireland BT, Isle of Man IM and Isle of Scilly TR21-25 will be sent via Royal mail and will cost £6.95

Delivery Timescales

If we have the product in stock, our normal delivery time is 3-5 days for UK and up to a week for Europe, USA and Rest of World from receipt of order.

If you pay for next day delivery (if ordered before 3.30pm Monday to Thursday) then your order is guaranteed next day delivery. Fridays orders received before 3-30pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will go out Monday for Tuesday delivery. To some remote parts of the UK it can take up to 2 days) 

Parcels sent via Parcelforce are guaranteed before 6pm next day (to some remote parts of the UK it will take 2 days.)

Back Orders

We do try to ensure that we have good stock availability of all our products. However, some lines may sell faster than expected at certain busy periods.
If your item is not in stock, we will always contact you to give you the options of;
- choosing a different product
- waiting for more stock of the product you ordered to arrive
- cancelling your order.

We ship via Royal Mail recorded delivery and if you wish to track your parcel, please contact us for the tracking number. You can track your goods at

All of our packages need a signature when delivered by your local Postal Service. If you aren't at home and a signature is not obtained, the package will be taken back to your local Postal Depot and either an attempt will be made to deliver again on the following working day or a card will be left. If you don't collect your package will be held at your local depot for a short time, awaiting your instructions, before being returned to us.If in the event this happens then the postage has to be paid again by you. To avoid events like this you could arrange for goods to be sent to a work address or other alternative address.


The Content is for your personal use only and you may download the Content onto only one computer hard drive. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from the Content.
Goods will only be sent to you after we have received the payment.
Some of our products are fragile and this will be stated in a disclaimer if you select to buy them. We do not hold any responsibility for any damage these certain product encounter during posting.

We shall not be liable to you for any unforeseeable losses
We shall be excused performance of any of our obligations in relation to the goods if caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We shall be entitled to cancel the order of goods or suspend delivery if we are unable to obtain payment.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and our service is our number one priority. We believe our Returns Policy is fair and open. However, there are some stipulations we make in the interests of hygiene.

In the unlikely event of your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition as a result of a manufacturing fault, we will replace your goods or issue a refund if you prefer(within 7 days of receipt).

We cannot accept any returns that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered. For hygiene purposes, we regret we cannot accept any returns on wigs or make-up, we can replace damaged packaging on make-up items

If the goods are merely unwanted, we can only accept them back in brand new condition and within 14 calendar days from our shipment date to you. If you spent over £20 and received a free postage, then this will be deducted from your refund.

For an exchange or a refund, returns should be received by us (or requested by you) within 14 calendar days from the date your order was shipped and include the original unopened packaging, we recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item. The Stage Door will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost parcels, nor can not deal with items not returned to us

Please ensure you enclose a copy of your original INVOICE, and a NOTE telling us your requirements, in the package with your return. If this is not done - we can't handle your return !

MOST IMPORTANT. If you are returning goods from outside Europe – please ensure your package is clearly marked RETURNS. If you do not do this – there may be UK customs duties levied on the goods and we cannot accept delivery. In this event the package is likely to be returned to you and you will be liable for the duty.

IMPORTANT - If you are returning items from USA via Fedex, there is a charge levied of 30 UK Pounds (by them - not by us !!). Please note, if this charge is raised, we will have to charge it to you. Therefore -we suggest you use AIRMAIL in preference.

Shipping charges will be applied to your replacement order as per normal rates, However – if the replacement is a result of our error – there will be NO shipping charges applied and we will refund return post to you in full.

Shipping charges to re-send will be applied as per normal rates

You can return any purchase made over the web to us subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned unused, with all original packing material within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in saleable condition
Items such as Make-up, teeth, tights, underwear and wigs cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons
We do not refund outbound or inbound shipping costs, if you are returning an item to us we recommend; royal mail recorded delivery service as we can not be held responsible for loss or damage of your returned item.

Refunds are made within 7 working days from the date we receive your return and in the same method you used for your original payment. We regret we cannot process your exchange/refund unless these terms are complied with.

PRICE & DELIVERY The price of the Products shall be the price quoted on the Site.Store prices are normally different!. We reserve the right to change the price of any goods if an error has been made.

include and show this tax for all orders that are shipped to an address within the UK or European Union (EU)
